42-year-old woman – massive metrorrhagia

Case History

42-year-old patient who received successful treatment with Causticum for rheumatoid arthritis four years ago. Later skin changes passed with Sulphur, abnormal estrous cycles improved with Sepia, an actue lumbar spinal stenosis improved with Belladonna, the signs of wear and tear in the lumbar spine (she is a sports teacher) kept causing troubles.

Recently she has experienced gynecological ailments that, according to a medical specialst, are caused by an inflammation in the ovarial region. Sepia didn‘t help this time. She took antibiotics two times that caused further troubles. Right now she is taking Cyklokapronâ (Tranexamic acid), which hasn‘t shown to be effective so far.

 

Pathology

For 9 days she has had a massive metrorrhagie with clumps and shreds of tissue, like from not fully exsanguinated venison, the bleeding is darker than usual menstrual flow. The metrorrhagie taxes her greatly, she feels weak and exhausted, sleeps worse. When sleeping, she is very sensitive to noise, wakes up easily, especially between 4.00 and 4.30, and can‘t fall asleep anymore.

Generally she feels colder, sweats when asleep.

She has an increased craving for fish, but an increased aversion to meat, especially cured meat.

Additionally, she reacts sensitively to music, which she barely endures.

Progression

Sabina LM18 stemmed the bleeding after 2 takings. The remaining tugging feeling in the genital area is slowly improving.
